📌 The Court of Appeal upheld the right of LLC “Royal Rus” in the dispute with “SPS Cigaronne”.
On August 22, 2025, the Appellate Court of the Republic of Armenia issued a ruling on case No. ՇԴ2/1773/02/23, fully dismissing the appeal of “SPS Cigaronne” and upholding the decision of the court of first instance.
Thus, the appellate court has definitively confirmed that LLC “Royal Rus” products do not infringe on the plaintiff’s exclusive rights and are manufactured based on their own protected patents.
This decision is final and takes legal effect immediately. It proves the legality of our business model and confirms the correctness of the chosen strategy for defending our intellectual property.
LLC “Royal Rus” will continue to work on the development and protection of its own innovations.
📌 Апелляционный суд подтвердил правоту ООО “РОЯЛ РУС” в споре с “СПС СИГАРОН”
22 августа 2025 года Апелляционный суд Республики Армения вынес решение по делу № ՇԴ2/1773/02/23, полностью отклонив апелляционную жалобу компании “СПС СИГАРОН” и оставив в силе решение суда первой инстанции.
Таким образом, суд апелляционной инстанции окончательно подтвердил, что продукция ООО «РОЯЛ РУС» не нарушает исключительные права истца и производится на основании собственных охраняемых патентов.
Данное решение является окончательным и вступает в законную силу немедленно. Оно доказывает законность нашей бизнес-модели и подтверждает правильность выбранной нами стратегии защиты своей интеллектуальной собственности.
ООО «РОЯЛ РУС» продолжит работу в направлении развития и защиты собственных инноваций.
